"The Security Money Club"

This club will evaluate and track your securities
with the idea of protecting your money.

We do not buy or sell securities.
We are not trying to "time the market."

Our clients state -- "We offer the best idea
in knowing when to pull out of the security market
and when to get back in."

Does your saving report look like ours (see below),
or do you get the results
produced by our report?

Does your saving plan manager or broker suggest when to
take a profit as the closing price starts to drop, or give you
an option when to buy? Probably not.

Can you afford $10 a month
to protect your savings
from loss?

We will track your securities and offer ideas
not found in other tracking programs.

This club offers the following:
---------------
o You choose the securities you want to evaluate
or we can provide a large group of securities
that have already been evaluated and
producing very well.

o You make all decisions after the evaluation.

o The tracking options offer you full control of your securities.

o You can request tracking of your 401K or IRA plans.

o You can paper trade a security
with options of future buying.
We will produce an optimal buying price.

o Tracking reports are produced weekly.

o Reports are produced immediately for buy/sell options.

o We will track--
closing prices, dates, profit/loss, gain/loss percentages,
buy/sell option prices, and notations about the security.

Our strategy:

selling and buying price options will be calculated
once the security reaches
a bottom or top closing price.

The buying and selling prices are calculated
using standard deviation (risk) calculations for each security.

The advantage we offer is defining your risk
for the optimal buying and selling price.
We are providing the tools, you reap the benefits.

Reports are produced to help you make decisions.

The Security Money Club  (your name here)                          September 23, 2009   1:09:54 PM

Gain/Loss % is calculated from time of BUY option - take profit on any gain

The information found below are samples.

Your report will be provided each week showing a weeks activity. The cost price of each security will be maintained.  Once the top closing price is obtained, the optional selling price and option profit will be displayed and maintained until a higher closing price is obtained. When a security is sold, the option of tracking the security is still available. This could be useful in paper trading (tracking without buying,) the security until reaching the bottom closing price.  Once a security reaches a bottom closing price, an optional buying price will be provided.

The buying and selling price options would use-- a calculation from the volatility of each security. This option is for the preservation of your money.

The Profit on the selling option is calculated as:  Selling price per share minus the buying price per share times the number of shares.
